The villa was built in 2017 with the most modern technologies and design solutions, the smart house system will take care of your maximum comfort and safety during your stay.

This exclusive private property consists of two buildings: the main villa and the guest house, connected via an underground corridor.

In total, the house has 7 bedrooms plus 2 bedrooms for staff and 10 bathrooms.

The main villa consists of a spacious, light living room with large glass floor to ceiling windows boasting panoramic sea views. There are various relaxation areas, a dining area and a professional modern steel kitchen.

There is a master bedroom located on the ground floor with king size bed, sea views, two bathrooms and two spacious dressing rooms.

There are three further bedrooms in the main house with private bathrooms. Two double rooms and one room with a double bed and single bed along with two staff bedrooms.

A cozy wine cellar with an aperitif bar, outdoor terraces and furnished verandas for alfresco dining are just some of the facilities you will find at the property.

The guest house consists of a large living room, three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and dressing rooms, a professional steel kitchen, a gym overlooking the sea, a SPA area with two massage rooms and sauna, yoga room, cinema, the room for hairdressing services.

Outside, there is a private football field, which can be transformed into a tennis court, a beautiful garden with a variety of Mediterranean vegetation and flowers, two infinity pools, gazebos and alfresco dining areas.

The villa is located in one of Porto Cervo's most prestigious districts, Cala di Volpe, on the panoramic hills of Pevero Golf. It offers a unique breathtaking sea view, on Cala di Volpe Bay, Tavolara Island and Cape Capo Figari. The world-famous golf club "Pevero Golf Club Costa Smeralda" (18 holes, 72 pairs), created by the famous American architect Robert Trent Jones in 1967, is located in the surrounding area. The club's green fields occupy 50 hectares of the Mediterranean landscape, with fantastic view on the five most beautiful beaches: Piccolo and Grande Pevero, Cala di Volpe, Capriccioli and Romazzino. The center of touristic luxury, Porto Cervo, is just 5 km from the villa, where you will find the most exclusive services and entertainment, such as boutiques of world-famous brands, restaurants, discos, bars for aperitifs.

Arriving late? We can arrange for groceries or foodpacks to be delivered to your villa prior to your arrival. Don't want to be weighed down with bulky beach towels? You can hire and order these to be delivered to your villa.

Travelling with children? You can hire items such as cots, highchairs and many other items to save you hassle. Please also request any items you may require that we do not list and we will do our very best to provide them.

Do you sometimes want to stay in your villa without having to cook? We can provide excellent catering service recommendations brought to your villa. A special occasion while you are away? Order a celebration cake or hamper of goodies.

How to book

STEP 1

Use the search functions on the site to search for accommodation via your specific requirements or just search just via your preferred area.

STEP 2

You will see a list of properties matching your search. You can send us a request by clicking 'booking request' or 'request availability' button on any of these properties. Alternatively you can add a number of these properties to your wishlist by clicking the heart symbol to as many properties as you like.

STEP 3

Click the wishlist button (the heart) at the top of our website. You will see all the properties you have added to your wishlist and you will be asked to select your dates and complete a small form with your contact details. Please provide any other information that may be suitable.

STEP 4

We will be in touch within 24 hours to confirm the availability in your selected properties and offer you any further information you require. however if you cannot wait that long you can call us or use the 'live chat' function on the top of our site.

We are open Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00 and Sat 10:00 - 16:00

Once you are happy with your selection and dates, we will confirm your booking and take a 30%-50% deposit via credit or debit card in GBP. We also accept Euro and GBP payments by bank transfer if you prefer.
